A Financial Report has been prepared and audited for the eighteen months ended 31 December 2021. This will be presented at the General Meeting called for 3 May 2023, notice of which appears on this website.
A letter from the Board of Directors detailing the status of the company and its affairs also appears within the Documents section of this website.
The Directors are currently negotiating a Reverse Take Over (RTO) which it is anticipated will be concluded in the medium term. Further reports will be posted on this website when deemed appropriate by the Board.
